But what truly set this stay apart was Ronit, the guest relations manager, who went above and beyond to assist me. My luggage had been lost en route to Jerusalem, and while that could have easily put a damper on my stay, Ronit’s tireless efforts and unwavering dedication ensured that it was handled with the utmost care. She personally followed up with the airline, kept me updated, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel completely effortless. That level of personal attention is rare and deeply appreciated. An Incredible Room with a Breathtaking View Not only did Ronit help with my luggage, but she also upgraded me to a truly spectacular room. The space was beautifully appointed, with plush bedding, elegant furnishings, and a stunning view of the city that made waking up in Jerusalem even more special. The balcony was the perfect place to soak in the city’s atmosphere—watching the sunrise over the Old City was a moment I won’t forget. We made Aliyah a week and a half ago and chose to stay at the Leonardo Plaza in Jerusalem for our first week. It was the best decision! The personal care and dedication of the staff, especially Ronit, who was so warm and kind to us, was outstanding and made our transition much smoother and more welcoming. The food was delicious and abundant, and all the waitstaff were attentive to our needs. Yusef, the head chef, went out of his way to accommodate our children for one of the Shabbat meals. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jerusalem! You will feel like home!

I spent rosh Hashanah the Jewish new year and yom Kippur the day of atonement...at the hotel..it was absolutely incredible..the prayers..the staff the food ...the hospitality..was amazing. I will be coming back next year and possibly even sucoth. Ronit an associate manager would come to each and every individual and welcome them and ask them individually if they needed anything what she could help with.i would strongly recommend whoever is visiting Israel to stay there and also those seeking a nice and pleasant prayer for these Jewish holidays..the cantors were execeptional and to hear the traditional blowing of the shofar was an amazing experience. thank you Ronit and Ortal for making it such an amazing experience.

This is my 2nd stay at the Leonardo Plaza in Jerusalem . My first time was Passover 2024 and I came back for Shabbat the weekend of July 5th.It was amazing. Ronit, really makes the stay , She is always there to welcome you and make it like a home away from home. I was suppose to got my family in Sanhedria but decide it was to long a walk and stayed for the Shabbat Dinner and lunch. The food was incredible probably the best Shabbat Buffet I ever had in Israel and the pool is amazing and relaxing, it was such a peaceful Shabbat in heart of Jerusalem and again Ronit made it all possible, She helped arrange my last minute change in Shabbat plans and made sure I had a place for Shabbat Meals , the room and view of Old City was spectacular!! highly recommend!!

I had such an amazing time visiting Jerusalem and staying at Leonardo Plaza , the hotel is so comfortable excellent food excellent staff I can’t say enough positive things about this Hotel quick check in, I was treated so kindly, I especially want to thank Dorit , the property manager, not only did she help me with an issue with a lost item. I was also upgraded to an amazing room with an amazing view of the Old City . I came to Israel to visit family and to do a week of volunteer work prior to arriving Jerusalem and after a week of volunteer work in the farms in the south by Gaza it was such a pleasure to arrive at Leonardo Plaza and he spoiled a little by the staff and the hotel, so much for an excellent stay !!! G-d willing I’ll be back in July

We had an exceptionally wonderful stay at Leonardo Plaza Hotel. Front desk was courteous, efficient, helpful, friendly. As soon as I finished the check-in, Ronit, the guest relations manager, came over to me and told me to let her know anything I needed. I asked her to help me with managing a particular reservation. She right away resolved my issue which was a huge help. Throughout the stay she was also available and more than willing to help and accommodate. She is truly a star at this hotel. The morning breakfast buffet was phenomenal. A huge selection of salads, fruits, cheeses, fish, pasta, pancakes, pizza, eggs and cakes. This hotel is just so comfy and cozy. Everyone in every department was helpful and friendly from the housekeeping service to the bar to the front desk. The room was very clean and very comfortable. We also loved the gym and pool area. The location is also the best as there is lots to see and do and shopping in all directions. We will actually be extending our stay here with another reservation.

The Leonardo Plaza is a gem, great location, safe, accommodating welcoming staff, incredible concierge, lovely immaculate rooms (I had room with balcony overlooking old city..incredible). safe, quiet, shelter on each floor, This hotel has the best buffet breakfast in Jerusalem.... I've stayed here several times over the years and it just gets better and better.

Big hotel room. Good facilities in the room. Nice location- Walking distance from everything we wanted to see. Wonderful breakfast.
